French Vintage Pillow Cover

A pretty vintage hand sewn cotton pillow cover from France with a lovely gently faded fine rosy cotton finished with a soft apricot frill. Measuring 21” x 17” (including 2” frill) the reverse is the same cotton as the frill with poppers to close. It has been gently laundered and is in lovely condition for its considerable age, and there is a historic repair to the frill (please see photo) and a very pale mark to the front. A very pretty and nostalgic hand crafted cover.
