Dartmouth Vintage Shell Mantle Vase
A stylish vintage mantle vase with a scalloped shell design made in the 1950s by Dartmouth Pottery in Devon. A larger size 13” x 5” wide and standing 6” tall, marked on the base Dartmouth, Devon, England, it has its original wire stem holder to make floral or leafy arrangements easier. A mid-century piece in lovely condition for its 70 plus years with no cracks, chips or crazing, the under side rim where it has been standing shows normal signs of wear.
